SOCCER 2008!

SIgnups start Tuesday, April 22
@ 5pm
Age Requirements:
Boys and Girls born between the dates of 12/2/1994 – 12/2/2002 are eligible for participation.

If you are registering more than one player enter a SEPARATE registration for each player.
Payments can be made by either credit card (Master Card or Visa) or check.
IF paying by check send in your payment ASAP in order to place your child on a team. If we do not receive payment you will be placed on a wait list.

THE LEAGUE INCLUDES:
• A 10 game season, with games played on Friday nights (U-12 & up) and on Saturdays.
• A one-hour practice weekly, which is always scheduled on the same day at the same time.
• A team jersey, socks, individual and team photos and participation award.
• Equal playing time for all players (you must commit to practice times & weekly games).
• A Christ-centered “Team Talk” given by the coach during each practice. “Team Talks” are the heart and soul of our league; they take priority over everything else.

LEAGUE FEES:
• Registration: Received on April 22nd - $90.00 (Two or more from same family = $85.00 each)
• Late Registration: Received after May 20th - $100.00 (Two or more from same family = $95.00 each) Please note: Non-Refundable fee of $15.00 for all cancellations once registration has been received
