BODY BLAST
Saturday, May 5th & 19th, from 8-9am
A unique outdoor workout that utilizes the environment to literally help your metabolism blast off! Obstacle courses, inclines, stairs, fields and plenty of open space will be used for exercises to get you to get strong and sweaty. The class will incorporate creative upper and lower body strengthening moves with resistant bands, dumbbell weights and your mats as well. The class will increase heart rate and burn lots of calories! All moves can be modified to lower impact or to fit any personal needs. Please bring your own dumbbell weights (a set of light and heavy) if possible, a mat and water bottle. Meet on the upper patio. |

KORE KRAZY CLASS
Saturday, April 7th & 14th from 8-9am
Suggested donation $10 per class

KORE KRAZY is a brilliantly different, fun and challenging work out. Upbeat movements put to music combine pliƩ, squats, push-ups, leg work and balance exercises to increase core strength, balance and stability that builds fitness and prevents injury.
